Midi synthesiszers vs. Full orchestral music for gamecube

There hasn't been one gamecube game with orchestral music. But Midi synthesizers are okay, right? Debate your opinions here.

The wind waker doesn't have orchestral music, trust me. It says so on an article (sorry, I can't remember the url for it)
