1) What constitutes a swear word?
2) When, if ever, are swear words appropriate?
3) Do these same standards apply to pejorative swears? Why or why not?
4) What, then, do we make of pejoratives that are not treated as swears? Or are all pejoratives swears?
5) You don't really have to answer these questions, but they're worth thinking about.
