So, just for stuff like updating the title and similar things, I'm making my own werewolf thread.
The premise is simple. You are all townspeople in a small village.
One of you, is a Werewolf. Every night, you will kill someone.
The next day, everyone argues and nominates one of the living people to be under suspicion. Once someone is nominated they have to be seconded. First person to be nominated and seconded is put on the block. Once there, you have a small period of time to plead your case. Then the townspeople vote. If the majority says you're the wolf, you get hung. And you are out of the game. If you WERE the werewolf, then the town wins. If not, then the next round starts.
Pretty simple right? Now there are a few jobs too.
Theres the Werewolf. Appointed by me. They kill someone each night. Simple. They pm me the dead guy.
Then Theres the Gypsy. Every night, just before i reveal who is killed, they send me a pm with a person who they think is the Wolf. If they are wrong, I'll say no. If there right, I'll say yes. Then they are going to want to spend the rest of the game gunning for that person. However, you cannot reveal that you had a job, until you die. So be careful. You wouldn't want the Wolf to get mad at you.
Then there is the Witch. Every night just before I reveal who dies, I tell them first. Once per game they can choose to save this person. If they don't we can continue. Also once per game they can choose to kill someone themself. That is best done when they know they are about to die, or to create confusion. If they have used both options or don't want to do anything that round, then we procede as normal. This is all done through pm, of course.
Then there is the Hunter. When they die, they can choose to take someone out with them. Their choice. When I know they are going to die, then I will send them a pm asking for a person to kill alongside them.
Then there is the Cupid. At the beginning of the game they choose two people who are Lovers. Done through pm.
The Lovers. When one of them dies, the other dies with them. They of course get to know who there lover is.
Pretty simple. Any questions? Oh, and of course, every time someone dies, I will give a story blurb with how the murder is carried out.
If you want to join, just pick a profession that would be possible to exist in a Transylvania style town. Because, when i write a murder, ill use those professions as clues.
Also, the Puppetmaster
role has been added by yours truly. Each game, a NPC, the Puppet
, is assigned a profession by myself. The Puppet is allowed to vote or be killed by any of the normal means, but cannot be choosen for roles by the GM. The Puppetmaster controls the puppet's vote through Pm.
Also, the Witch
must kill someone the same turn that they save them, and if the Werewolf is hung, then the Witch lose's it's powers and becomes the new Werewolf. The Witch can also become Werewolf if the original dies early game.
Also, though only for this game, I would like to change the setting. Rather than a town this time, you are dying in a city.
