I know people have probably seen this but what is your thoughts?

http://uk.ign.com/articles/2012/06/22/nintendo-reveals-3ds-xl

WHERE IS MY SECOND PAD AND NO AC?? FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF though I don't like how curvy they are, and the fact they are not in purple but yay on battery life I guess though.

Think I will be doing some waiting again
Thanks Aura :3

I don't really like the look of it, it looks kind of clunky. Once they release more colors I might like it. It's nice they made the battery life longer. Also it looks like the screen is bigger than the dsiXL, which is nice. Not too worried about the second analog cause nyko is releasing an attachment, maybe nintendo will release an attachment also. I like the look of the original 3DS better, plus the price will drop on it, so yay!

Didn't the other add-on thingy just add to the bulk of the original? I can't even imagine how bulky it will be with a second analog attachment....

Anyways, this is the first time we haven't gotten a "lite" version first, if I recall correctly.

I know right. They should have kept the gba slot to play gba games I thought that was a stupid decision to get rid of it.

I'm actually not interested in this reason I like my 3ds just the way it is. Still waiting for Rayman Origins to be release for the 3ds in north america.

I really don't see the point of all these meaningless size changes for their handhelds...

Oh good, a new 3ds will have a built in slide pad and better batteries.
Or maybe it will have nothing.

I don't mind the look of it to be honest, suppose I would like to have a play with it before I make up my mind. I didn't buy the first 3ds as I was waiting for a rerelease, so this may be it.

Dude owns a 3DS blog. Probably is a little bias. Makes some decent points though.

Waiting for what, their next handheld?
Having a second pad for 3DS is like having a Classic Controller for Wii, might make some games better, but you definitely don't need it.

Hopefully the screens look good. If so, I'm getting one. I'm worried they'll look stretched.
